Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Versatility of Quran, we are committed to providing high-quality Quran education. We want every student to feel confident and secure when enrolling with us. This Refund Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent for all our students and their families.

2. Free Trial — No Payment Required

All new students receive a complimentary 7-day free trial of classes. The free trial lasts for exactly 7 consecutive calendar days (including weekends) starting from the date of the student's first live session. This 7-day trial window is a fixed time frame and will not be extended, paused, or altered regardless of the number of classes the student is scheduled to take per week. No payment is required during this period, and therefore no refund is applicable for the trial period. This ensures that every family can experience our teaching quality before making any financial commitment.

3. Refund Eligibility

After the 7-day free trial period, if a student has paid for a month of classes, a refund may be requested under the following conditions:

3.1 Full Refund

A full refund of the monthly fee will be issued if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund is requested within 3 calendar days of the payment date
  • The student has attended a maximum of 1 (one) class during those 3 days
  • The request is submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp

Note: If a student has attended 2 or more classes within those 3 days, they are no longer eligible for a full refund. This policy exists to fairly compensate teachers for live, one-on-one teaching time already delivered. Students have already received a full 7-day free trial to evaluate the service before any payment commitment.

3.2 Partial Refund

A partial refund (50% of the monthly fee) will be considered if:

  • The refund is requested within 3 calendar days of the payment date and the student has attended 2 or more classes but fewer than half the month's total scheduled sessions
  • The academy is unable to provide a suitable replacement teacher within 7 days of a formally submitted teacher change request

3.3 No Refund

No refund will be issued in the following circumstances, except where Section 7 (Academy-Initiated Cancellations) applies:

  • The refund request is made more than 3 calendar days after the payment date
  • Classes were missed due to the student's own absence without proper notice
  • The student has completed more than half of the month's scheduled classes
  • The enrollment was terminated due to misconduct or violation of Terms and Conditions

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us via email at info@versatilityofquran.com or WhatsApp at +92-334-2795078
  • Step 2: Provide your full name, enrollment date, payment date, number of classes attended, and reason for the refund request
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request within 3 business days and respond with a decision
  • Step 4: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are returned via the same payment method used for the original payment (Payoneer)
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
  • The academy is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by Payoneer during the refund process
  • Refunds are issued in USD regardless of any currency conversion applied by your bank or payment provider

6. Class Credits

As an alternative to a refund, students may request class credits instead. Class credits:

  • Can be used toward any future month's fees
  • Are valid for 3 months from the date of issue
  • Are non-transferable to another student
  • Will be applied automatically to the next payment cycle if chosen

7. Academy-Initiated Cancellations

If the academy cancels classes for any reason within our control (teacher unavailability, technical issues on our side, or other circumstances attributable to the academy), the following applies regardless of when in the month the cancellation occurs and regardless of the 7-day refund window in Section 3.3:

  • Makeup classes will be offered as the first option at no extra cost
  • If makeup classes cannot be arranged within the same calendar month, a pro-rated credit or refund will be issued for all missed sessions caused by the academy — this exception applies even if the student is beyond the standard 7-day refund window
  • The academy's liability is limited to the cost of the academy-cancelled classes only

This exception clause ensures that students are never financially penalised for cancellations that are caused by the academy and outside the student's control.

8. Pause Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. As an alternative to cancellation or refund, students may request to pause their enrollment for up to one month per year. During a pause:

  • No fees are charged
  • The student's teacher and time slot will be held for up to 2 weeks (subject to availability beyond that)
  • Classes resume automatically when the pause period ends unless the student requests an extension

To request a pause, contact us via WhatsApp or email at least 7 days before your next payment date.
