1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling at Versatility of Quran, booking a free trial class, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all students, parents, and guardians who use our services.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Free Trial Period

All new students are entitled to a 7-day free trial of classes upon enrollment. The free trial lasts for exactly 7 consecutive calendar days (including weekends) starting from the date of the student's first live session. This 7-day trial window is a fixed time frame and will not be extended, paused, or altered regardless of the number of classes the student is scheduled to take per week. The free trial is subject to the following conditions:

  • The free trial is available once per student.
  • Classes during the free trial follow the same schedule and format as paid classes
  • The academy reserves the right to discontinue the free trial if a student is repeatedly absent without notice
  • After the 7-day free trial period ends, continued enrollment requires payment of the applicable monthly fee
  • The free trial cannot be transferred to another student
  • No payment or credit card is required during the free trial period

4. Class Schedule and Attendance

4.1 Scheduling

Classes are scheduled mutually between the student/parent and the assigned teacher. Once confirmed, the schedule will remain consistent unless changed by mutual agreement.

4.2 Rescheduling and Cancellation of Individual Classes

The following rules apply specifically to rescheduling or cancelling individual class sessions — these rules are separate from the enrollment cancellation policy in Section 10:

  • Students must provide at least 12 hours' notice to reschedule a single class via WhatsApp
  • Individual classes cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice will be counted as attended for billing purposes
  • Makeup classes are available for sessions missed with proper notice, subject to teacher availability
  • The academy reserves the right to reschedule individual classes due to teacher unavailability, with advance notice given to the student

4.3 Repeated Absence

If a student is absent for 3 or more consecutive sessions without any notice or communication, the academy reserves the right to reallocate the time slot to another student. The student may re-enroll subject to availability.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon the conclusion of the 7-day free trial period to activate the first paid month of enrollment, and will recur on the same date monthly thereafter (for example, if the trial ends on the 9th of the month, payment is due on the 9th of each subsequent month)
  • Accepted payment methods: Payoneer (via local bank transfer or secure Credit/Debit card payment link)
  • Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of classes until payment is received
  • All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD)
  • Family discounts: 10% off the second enrolled student, 20% off the third and beyond

6. Code of Conduct

We expect all students, parents, and guardians to maintain a respectful and appropriate environment during classes:

  • Students must be dressed modestly during video sessions
  • Disrespectful, inappropriate, or abusive language toward teachers will not be tolerated
  • Parents are welcome to monitor their children's classes at any time
  • Recording of classes by students or parents is not permitted without prior written consent from the academy
  • All communication with teachers must be conducted through official academy channels (WhatsApp or email) — direct personal contact outside these channels is strictly prohibited

7. Teacher Assignment

The academy will assign the most suitable teacher based on the student's level, gender preference, and availability. The academy reserves the right to reassign a teacher if necessary due to:

  • Teacher unavailability or illness
  • A better match being available for the student's learning needs
  • Mutual incompatibility between student and teacher

Students may request a teacher change by contacting the academy. Requests will be accommodated subject to availability.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, teaching methods, syllabus, and content provided by Versatility of Quran are the intellectual property of the academy. Students and parents may not:

  • Record, reproduce, or distribute class sessions without written permission
  • Share proprietary course materials with third parties
  • Use academy content for commercial purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

Versatility of Quran provides educational services in good faith. We are not liable for:

  • Technical issues on the student's side (internet connectivity, device problems)
  • Any delays or disruptions caused by third-party platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams)
  • Any delays or disruptions caused by third-party payment processors (Wise or Payoneer)
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services

Our total liability to any student shall not exceed the amount paid for the current month's classes.

10. Cancellation of Enrollment

Note: This section covers cancellation of the overall monthly enrollment — it is separate from the 12-hour notice required for rescheduling individual class sessions (see Section 4.2).

  • Students or parents may cancel their monthly enrollment by notifying the academy via WhatsApp or email with at least 7 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle
  • This 7-day notice ensures the student is not charged for the upcoming month
  • The academy may terminate enrollment immediately in cases of serious misconduct, non-payment, or repeated violation of these terms
  • Upon termination, any refund due will be processed according to our Refund Policy

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable local courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any significant changes via WhatsApp or email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
